Bob brings 40 years of experience with mechanical and electrical engineering, and building control systems. He began working on building systems in 1980. He consulted the development of an energy program for the American Hospital Association. Bob’s experience in energy analysis spans over five hundred building projects from new and existing energy management system construction, monitor-based commissioning, existing building commissioning, and energy audits. He also has knowledge and understanding of applicable California Building Codes.
